A Court of First Instance of Barcelona upheld the claim for annulment of the same, presented by BC, condemning the reversal of the situation generated allowing the disaffection of the guarantor property and the cancellation of the interests accrued and pending, with the reimbursement of the amounts issued to date based on the expressed mortgage.
